visited Zawiercie

Liber Moszkowicz who was born in Zawiercie

around the 1920,  survived the Holocaust

and now lives in Israel, built a model of

Zawiercie Synagogue.

 The model is displayed in the synagogue of the

 small town Azure, Israel.

Joseph Zajonc  provided the photo of the model

to the Zawiercie web site.

The white opening is where

the Holy Ark was.

The long windows are part of the synagogue.

The rear part with the small windows is

the Religious Jewish School.
